The Vespucci Flip

The Vespucci Flip takes the refining philosophy of the original Vespucci and turns it around — literally.

Its inverted design positions the solid blade toward you while you work, giving you a clear visual reference for exactly where the shear is making contact. This becomes especially useful when working upward against the natural growth pattern of the hair, allowing you to line up the solid blade and place each cut with greater precision.

But the orientation does more than improve visibility. As the shear closes, the teeth naturally push the hair downward, back toward its regular growth pattern. Instead of fighting the way the hair wants to fall, the Flip allows you to work against the growth while the shear guides the hair back into its natural direction.

That combination gives you greater control when point cutting, refining and removing weight — especially in areas where the direction of growth matters. The Flip also adds a little more bite: small notches positioned on the solid blade where the teeth meet allow the shear to take slightly more hair with each closure while maintaining a controlled refining action.

At 5.75", its ultra-lightweight construction, slight offset and removable tang keep the Flip comfortable and manoeuvrable in the hand. Work against the growth. Let the shear work with it. Sometimes precision comes from changing your point of view.
