Why was my card declined?

Cards can be declined for several reasons including incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging the transaction. Please contact your bank or try a different payment method.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Email support@quarteredsteels.com with your order number and photos of the problem and we will put it right. You have your full statutory return rights on every order, and every shear carries a lifetime warranty on parts against manufacturing faults.

Can I add a note to my order?

Yes. Type your message in the order special instructions box in your cart before you check out.

When will I pay duties and taxes?

For international orders, duties and taxes may be applied at the time of delivery depending on your country's customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
