Our education is designed to be accessible to hairdressers at every stage of their career. Whether you're two years in or twenty. What matters isn't where you're starting from. Based in the South West of England and working globally, Alex built his reputation not on trends or spectacle, but on substance. He goes deep on the fundamentals.. The mechanics of how a scissor moves through hair. The small positional adjustments that most educators never address because they assume their students already understand them.
Alex never assumes. He starts at the foundation, and builds carefully from there. His approach is rooted in a simple belief: that every hairdresser, regardless of their experience has something to gain from going back to basics and interrogating what they think they already know. That process of re-examination is where real improvement happens.
